Filipa Oliveira is the curator and coordinator of the Navigator Art on Paper Prize. Between 2015 and 2017 she was the artistic director of the Fórum Eugénio de Almeida in Évora,where she developed the exhibition program, educational projects as well as national and internacional collaborations. She worked as an independent curator since 2002 curating exhibitions at institutions such as Centro Cultural de Belém, Kettle’s Yard, John Hansards Gallery, Tate Modern, Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian Centro de Arte Moderna, Fondation Calouste Gulbenkian, Crac Alsace, Kunstverein Springhornhof, Mead Gallery, Frieze Projects, Museu Coleção Berardo, among others. In 2009/2010 she was guest curator of the exhibition series Portuguese Wave at the Threshold Artspace; in 2010 was curatorial assistant of the 28th São Paulo Biennial and in 2012 was guest curator of the Satellite at Jeu de Paume. In 2017 she was part of Prospect 4 Curatorial Committee in New Orleans. Between 2005 and 2009 she was international coordinator of the Ariane de Rothschild Priz and from 2013 to 2013 she was part of the selection jury and curator of the EDP New Artists Award.
